Our products are made from vendors all over the world. This is how we can Provide Free Shipping World Wide for orders over $99 along with competitive pricing. Shipping times will vary and orders may come in separate packages. Our Products are shipped from the USA, UK, Europe, South American, China and more. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Orders within the USA, allow 1 - 4 days processing and up to 14 days for delivery. For orders shipping from our factories throughout the world, please allow 21-45 days for delivery.
Order Confirmation
Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. Most items take 1-3 business days to be processed while some may take up to 6-10 business days. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

We are so sorry that shipping delays have been inevitable during the epidemic and war. Due to the suspension of most international airlines and the long customs clearance process, the delivery time of your package may take longer longer than expected.
First due to coronavirus then the war in Ukraine, the airline industry has been hit hard. Most airlines announced that they would drastically reduce the flights and air cargo capacity. Over 90% of international flights have been or will be suspended.
Affected by local quarantine and customs clearance policies, the customs in most countries cannot process the clearance in time because of the limited manpower. Customs clearance is inefficient, and goods are stranded at the customs for much longer time than expected.
In the difficult air transportation conditions, we are still trying our best to find reliable airlines for our customers, contact the local customs to shorten clearance time. We thank you for your patience while we are dealing with issues we have never experienced before.

International Shipping is Subject to a 20-45 Day Shipping Time.
Domestic USA Shipping is Subject to 12-20 Day Shipping Time FREE over US$99
Note during the holiday season that these time frames may be impacted but you may contact the shipping carriers directly at the number provided in the shipping notification emails you will receive. Below are the most typical time frames for your region however delay can rarely happen so contact us first before opening a dispute. Packages are not insured, so make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
Please note that, once your item has shipped, we can not stop the shipment, change the address or cancel your order.
Returns
No return will be accepted without previous authorization. Our products are shipped from many factories throughout the world.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells (cigarette smoke, perfumes, etc...), or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached with the return. As a small business, we cannot issue return shipping labels due to our low prices and discounts.
Please note due to sanitary reasons, the following items will not be eligible for return or exchange: swimwear, intimates, undergarments, bras, bandeau's, and hair accessories (including hats and beanies), all items made to order. We're sorry, but there are no exceptions on these items.
Please allow up to 5-10 business days to process your return once we receive it.
All Returns are issued Store Credit in the full amount of purchase or you can request an Exchange.
