Shipping & Returns

We strive to provide you with the best service possible. Please allow 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be shipped. Rest assured, all orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience.

For delivery within the USA, please expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped. However, please note that if you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will be shipped only after the payment has cleared.

In case you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days, please take a moment to check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot locate the tracking number, feel free to email us with your inquiry. We are here to assist you and address any concerns or questions you may have.

Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns related to shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as they have taken possession of your order. For assistance, please contact the U.S. Postal Service directly at or call (800)275-8777.

If your shipment is marked as "DELIVERED" on the tracking information, please reach out to your local post office to address any delivery issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to correct delivery problems, as they are managed solely by the U.S. Postal Service. Please contact them for any delivery-related concerns, including damage, theft, or misdeliveries.

We take pride in creating unique items, and each order is made to order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please email us, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

What is your return policy?

  1. For merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. For online orders, return windows will be determined by the shipment date of items shipped to the recipient.
  2. We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.
  3. All items can be returned to the address provided to you when you start the return process with us except for swimwear, undergarments, lingerie and custom items which may not be returned for hygienic reasons. Items must be shipped back to our warehouse in its original condition.
  4. items purchased in store must be returned to that store.
  5. Returns made without an original sales receipt qualify for an exchange at the current selling price. Item(s) exchanged must be of equal or greater value.
  6. Final Sale Policy: Please note that reusable and protective face masks, undergarments, swimwear and sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount and marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  7. Online purchases for return begins by contacting us.
  8. Please include an invoice with the return to expedite the process. All products are subject to inspection.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If the correct ILB's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. 

Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will issue a return authorization and label.
